How to Sell a Catalytic Converter

Selling a catalytic converter is simple once you know what you need. The most important thing is to know which model you have and what it is worth before you agree on anything.

Step 1: Find the serial number

Step 2: Request a valuation

Step 3: Agree on the buyback

• Shipping by courier — you can send the catalytic converter with any courier. Pack it well (box, protected ends) and contact us before shipping.
• Pickup at your address — for larger quantities, pickup at your address is possible.

Step 4: Payment

With pickup, payment is made on the spot. For shipments, we agree on the payment method before shipping.

What to watch out for

• Do not remove or break the core — a complete part is valued most accurately.
• If you are selling several pieces, photograph the serial number of each piece separately.
• Compare valuations for a specific serial number, not a flat “price per kilogram” for all models.
